We’re proud to announce a new feature in Where To? we’ve been working on since quite a while: Where To? now includes so called “PowerListings”, business entries with extended detail information¹:

• multiple pictures that can be viewed full-screen
• a description text
• business hours
• accepted cards and more

Most importantly, you can benefit from rebates, coupons or other special offers. Those are conveniently displayed with a yellow tag throughout the app.

To provide PowerListings for you, we’ve partnered with Yext, a tech startup based in New York. Yext allows local business owners to easily manage and improve their business listings. Using a single dashboard they can manage not only their listings in Where To? but across dozens of sites like Foursquare, Yahoo Local, Yelp, SuperPages, Citysearch, Yellowbook and more. PowerListings lets merchants fix inaccurate listings across the Web, and update them all at once from one central site.
