Where To? 2.6 adds support for TomTom, Twitter and Facebook
Munich, March 23, 2010. FutureTap announces the immediate availability of version 2.6 of its popular points of interest finder: Where To? for iPhone. The new version supports TomTom’s “Add to My TomTom” feature, which allows users to save locations from other iPhone apps and Web browsers to the TomTom app for more intuitive navigation to a wide range of points of interest. The feature requires the TomTom app Version 1.3 update, which is available on the App Store.
“Where To? users love its simplicity and ease of use to find places like restaurants, shops and more without any typing. Besides integration with the “Add to My TomTom” feature, Where To? 2.6 adds a variety of new features: Locations can be shared using Twitter or Facebook, the compass of the iPhone 3GS is supported and the number of found locations has been increased.
Where To? has sold over 225,000 copies and has received numerous awards. Recently, iPhone users voted Where To? as the “Best Feel Like A Local App” at the 2009 Best App Ever Awards.
